CaliforniaBirthIndex.org is a side project, and I work a regular job, so I am only able to check and respond to removal requests periodically (approximately monthly).

Expedited Removal ($20)

If you need your record removed quickly, you can purchase an expedited removal for $20:

This will notify me directly and I will remove your record within 24 hours (usually much less).

Free Removal

You can also request a free removal by emailing mhnin0@gmail.com with the following information:

— Your full name as it appears in the index
— Your date of birth
— The URL of the record you want removed (if known)

Free removal requests are processed the next time I check email, which is approximately monthly.

What Gets Removed

When your removal is processed, your individual birth record page will be removed from the site and will no longer appear in search results. Please note that this data is public record and may appear on other websites as well.
